As a boutique florist, each order is a couture arrangement. Our Designer sources the freshest flowers each morning, then styles each custom floral for the day. All orders include a handwritten card message.

We deliver Monday through Saturday.

Please allow 24 hours advance for your Order.

Example: For Monday delivery, please place your order by 5:00PM on Sunday.

Orders

To assure that your order is delivered, it is of the utmost importance that all necessary information be provided. Please check the address for accuracy, provide the recipients first and last name, and a current phone number for the recipient or another member of their household.

If no one is home we reserve the right leave the arrangement, but only if there is a safe and sheltered place to do so. In this case, we will leave a detailed massage with the recipient so that they may retrieve it when they return. This is dependent on the location and its accessibility. If it is deemed unsafe to leave, we will try to redeliver later that day.

Should we not be able to leave the arrangement and are unable to make contact with the recipient on the day of scheduled delivery, then a redelivery must be made on a subsequent day. There will be an additional charge for a second delivery.

While we are committed to delivering your flowers in a timely fashion, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery times. If you have a special request of necessity, please leave a comment in the Notes. For example: If the recipient address is a business (and they leave by a certain time), or your dinner party or reservation starts at 5:00PM.

Delivery Area

As a boutique florist crafting custom arrangements, our palette of flowers vary by seasonal and regional availability. It is sometimes necessary for our Designer to make substitutions based on these natural factors. While substitutions happen, please be assured that the overall look and feel of your arrangement will not be compromised, and that your order will always be filled to an equal or greater value.

Vase and Vessel types are also subject to availability and may vary for that shown.

Substitutions

“How big will it be?” This is arguably one of the most asked questions while ordering flowers.

No one wants to be disappointed, so here is a little advisory on what you can expect. While this is NOT an exact science, and only an approximation, we do hope it helps to ease your mind just a little.

There are a few factors that can help in gauging an arrangements overall dimensions. These are vase size and floral style. In general, a vases size will yield an arrangement that is roughly 1.5 to 2 times its size. For example: a vase that is 6” wide by 6” high will lead to an arrangement that is roughly 9” to 12” in width and height. Additionally, styles such as Pavé will always be tight and dense, whereas an Organic style will always be airy and loose.
